Job Description: Assets Disposal

1. Search Vendors or clients to sell-offs bank auction properties.

2. Auction: Assist the buyer in online Auction process so that Bank could recover the outstanding amount.

3. Documentation: Prepare all necessary legal documentation, notices, and communication required for the Auction process in compliance with legal requirements.

4. Communication: Maintain effective communication with the Clients.

5. Asset Valuation: Collaborate with valuation experts to assess and determine the fair value of the secured assets before initiating the sale process.

6.

7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of auction activities and any significant developments for management and relevant authorities.

8. Knowledge Update: Stay informed about changes in regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 12th Pass.
- Working knowledge of the Sale or Auction of the property.
- Familiarity with asset valuation and auction processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to analyze legal documents, financial statements, and agreements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple cases.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ethical conduct and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
- Registration with the appropriate regulatory authority, if applicable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
