**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and manage **Laser Marking equipment** for cable and component identification
- Participate in the **cable assembly manufacturing process**:

- Perform **reverse engineering of cable assemblies**; create specifications and technical drawings
- Prepare **electrical load summaries**, **cable routing**, **sizing**, and **scheduling** documentation
- Assist in **technical specification preparation** and **BOQ/tender documentation**:

- Review and approve **vendor drawings** in coordination with project timelines
- Conduct **technical and commercial evaluation of vendor bids**:

- Work closely with the **CEO and core team** to ensure timely project execution

**Required Qualifications**
- **ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering** from a **recognized Government institute**:

- Strong academic interest in **electrical systems and cable manufacturing**:

- Must submit a **college project report or thesis** as part of the selection process
- Freshers welcome, provided they demonstrate strong grasping ability and initiative
- Basic understanding of **electrical load management, cable routing, and RF interconnects**:

- Enthusiasm for **renewable energy and sustainable manufacturing practices**

- Strong **team collaboration** and **communication skills**:

- Willingness to **learn quickly** and **adapt to a startup environment**:

- Ability to work independently on technical tasks and meet tight deadlines
