**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounting Support**:
- Maintain accurate financial records for daily transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- **Invoice Management**:
- Process and verify incoming invoices for goods and services.
- Ensure invoices are approved and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Address discrepancies in invoices and resolve them with vendors or internal teams.
- **Account Reconciliation**:
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable balances.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between different financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Track and report on key financial metrics as needed.
- **Petty Cash Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions.
- Ensure that all petty cash is accounted for and reconciled regularly.
- **Customer and Vendor Relations**:
- Handle queries from vendors and customers regarding invoicing and payments.
- Assist in processing payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- **Compliance and Tax Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist in preparing reports for tax filings and audits.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to senior accountants and finance managers.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of financial documents.
- Help streamline accounting processes and systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
