Deliver engaging and effective training sessions focused on BPO/customer service skills
- Train students in communication, soft skills, voice & accent, and domain-specific knowledge
- Use role-plays, mock calls, and simulations to create real-world scenarios
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare session plans, assessments, and training aids
- Conduct pre and post training assessments to measure learning outcomes
- Collaborate with placement teams to align training with industry expectations
- Motivate students and build their confidence for job interviews
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
