Location: Bhubaneshwar
CTC: Up to 7 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Shifts: Rotational
Mode of Interview: Strictly In-Person Only
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Training Manager with a strong BPO background to join our growing team. If you're someone who can inspire, coach, and drive performance through impactful training and if you're ready to roll up your sleeves and lead by example, this is the role for you.
This is not just a job. It's an opportunity to create a real impact by shaping the communication, confidence, and competence of our front-line workforce.
Must-Have Requirements
- Mandatory Minimum 9 years of total experience in BPO (domestic)
- Mandatory Minimum 1 year on-paper experience as a Training Manager
- Fluent communication skills in both English & Hindi spoken and written
- Ability to handle rotational shifts
- Must be open to in-person interviews only (No virtual interviews)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps
- Design and deliver effective training programs for new hires and existing staff
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and training process across departments
- Evaluate training outcomes and implement continuous improvements
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR to drive productivity and retention
- Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPIs
- Mentor and guide a team of trainers (if applicable)
Skills We Value
- Exceptional communication in both English and Hindi
- Deep understanding of BPO metrics, culture, and challenges
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Practical knowledge of training tools (PPT, LMS, assessments)
- Ability to engage and energize teams at different skill levels
- Calm under pressure; a problem-solver and motivator
