We are looking for Data Steward with 7to 10 of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore location.

**Key Skills**: - Supply Chain function,

**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- Lead business objectives/ initiatives & partner with multiple teams to analyze TnT data to define dashboard/standardize reports that can meet business goals & strategy across regions
- Ensures data consistency across multiple systems, proactively identify process gaps/ system integration problems and resolve issues through root cause analysis and process controls
- Analyze data and prepare cleansing and enrichment strategies to address missing data, format consistencies and invalid records detection
- Implement and fine-tune data governance guidelines, automated monitoring, reporting & remediation solutions
- Participates in Open Data efforts, making data FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable) to strengthen effectiveness
- Experience with data profiling, summarizing, and reporting data quality metrics

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Drive continuous improvement efforts, monitor ongoing results, define process areas for review, and conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best in class results for data management best practices
- Assists the Director - IMSS Data Management in the development of business-oriented training materials for data owners and key constituents
- Consults with IMSS project oversight committee LOB and assigned strategic projects to effectively navigate data governance at FTI - providing education, support and escalation management
- Organizes the function and process of data management within the organization
- Responsible for adherence to standards and controls, data quality, problem management, and change management requests
- Work with Site Data Stewards to establish synergies, standardization & best practices
- Regularly review, measure and report on manufacturing master data quality
- Ensure that customer and user date is accurate and up to date
- Ensure that user requests are triaged appropriately
- Ensure changes are documented and processed in a timely fashion

**Salary**: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
