**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage projects related to events and marketing campaigns.
- Serve as the point of contact between clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients, providing them with updates on projects, answering queries, and gathering feedback.
- Assist in scheduling, planning, and overseeing project timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
- Generate reports on project progress, performance, and any issues encountered.
- Maintain a detailed database of leads, clients, and vendors for telecalling purposes.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and nurture leads through effective communication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Support event execution by coordinating logistics, resources, and personnel as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, event management, or telecalling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an event management or marketing company.
- Basic understanding of event planning, client servicing, and sales processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
