**Who are we?**:
**In one sentence**:
Monitor and control travel agencies work and agreements with travel vendors, based on Amdocs polices and guidelines

**What will your job look like?**:

- You will be part of the Travel desk & ongoing management, including implementation of Amdocs travel guidelines, processes and policy compliance
- You will monitor the travel agencies' performances and SLAs
- You will be responsible for all Travel analysis to support business units
- You will be responsible for handling all senior management travel
- You will be the Key user of all travel systems, take proactive initiatives to improve system performance & System support for agents and users
- You will be a Knowledge contributor to Amdocs knowledge management systems
- Vendor management - Manages travel administrative items
- You will manage group travel and events
- You will lead regional activities and initiatives in the team, focal point for global managers, C level travel support.

**All you need is...**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Travel & Ticketing
- Proven experience as travel expert with global companies
- At least three years' experience in travel vendors management in global companies
- Proven experience and ability to respond to fast pace rapidly changing environment
- Proven experience in operating in a global environment
- Proven experience in a service provisioning role
- Proven experience in managing processes end to end independently and without loose ends
