**Key Responsibilities1. Voucher Entry & Accounting**
- Preparation and entry of various vouchers, including payment, receipt, journal, purchase and sales.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness in day-to-day accounting operations.

**2. Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**
- Proficient use of Tally 9.0 for maintaining and updating books of accounts.
- Creating and managing ledgers, stock items,

**3. Accounts Payable & Receivable**
- Monitoring and recording all incoming and outgoing payments.
- Coordinating with clients and vendors for payment follow-up and reconciliation of outstanding dues.

**4. Bank Reconciliation**
- Performing monthly reconciliation of bank statements
- Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately posted and accounted for.

**5. Payroll Support**
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly salary statements.
- Maintaining records related to employee payments and reimbursements.

**6. Inventory and Asset Management**
- Maintaining up-to-date inventory records and monitoring stock movements.
- Managing and documenting company assets, purchases, and depreciation records.

**7. Financial Documentation**
- Ensuring proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,412.21 per month
