**Civil Site Supervisor**

Experience - Must Have Min (3 Years)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing staff: Supervising and instructing site workers, setting schedules, and monitoring performance
- Ensuring safety: Ensuring that all health and safety guidelines are followed
- Conducting inspections: Regularly inspecting the site and addressing any potential hazards
- Manage on-site resources, including labor and materials, and ensure they are used efficiently within the allocated budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Tracking progress: Monitoring and tracking the progress of civil and structural work
- Ensure that all designs and work adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma related field.
- Proven experience in site management and civil engineering design, with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with a diverse team.
- Ability to adapt to changing site conditions and solve problems efficiently.
