ob Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor who can manage on-site construction activities and also prepare and interpret 2D drawings using AutoCAD. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good coordination skills, and the ability to ensure that all civil work is completed as per drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
  • Interpret and execute work based on 2D Auto CAD drawings and structural layouts.
  • Prepare and modify Auto CAD drawings when required.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain site records, work progress reports, and material usage logs.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Assist in quantity measurement and verification of completed work.
  • Report project status and issues to the project manager or engineer regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in civil site supervision.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD (2D) and reading construction drawings.
  • Strong understanding of civil work processes, materials, and measurements.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
