**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced **Fabrication In-Charge** to manage our fabrication unit for heavy machinery components( sheet thickness above 70 mm), ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily operations of the fabrication shop for large-scale machinery components.
- Interpret engineering drawings & allocate work to team members.
- Supervise welding, structural fabrication, and sheet metal work.
- Coordinate with design, CNC, and assembly departments for seamless production.
- Ensure compliance with quality & safety standards.
- Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
- Train and mentor fabrication team members for skill enhancement.
- **Experience**: 10-15 years in heavy engineering/machinery fabrication, with leadership experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding & fabrication processes.
- Proven ability to meet production targets under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (preferred) or welding certified.
- Strong knowledge of **production planning, SAP systems, and process optimization**.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
