Serve as an escalation point for incidents which cannot be resolved by L1 and L2 teams
Upgrades & Patching
Build and Configuration of ESXi, AHV and Vcenter
Perform root cause analysis on critical incidents and problem tickets
Recommend changes toward improving performance and stability (Capacity/Performance)
Deploy and maintain disaster recovery strategy.
Planning OS and Application Implementation and Deployment
Upgrade of OS and supported products with Architecture approval
Upgrading hardware drivers and firmware (as and when required)
Make recommendations for tools that would allow the provider to be more efficient
Documentation: Standard Operating Procedures, Recovery Procedures
Suggest process improvements for existing setups, leading to reduction in support issues and overall uptime
Capacity Planning & Forecasting
PowerShell scripts automation recommendations
Users profile issues troubleshooting
Deleted sites restore
Site Backup
Offline defragmentation of Active Directory Database
Group policy objects and GP implementation
Domain controller FSMO roles - Configuration Schema master, Domain naming master, PDC emulator, Infrastructure master, and RID master

Good Knowledge on AD
Assigning roles on forest level and domain level.
Domain Trust configuration
Lingering objects removal
Roles transfer between Domains
Promote a windows machine as DC
Cluster configuration administration (Windows & VMware)
Cluster troubleshooting
Cluster expansion and configuration
Good IIS administration knowledge
VM Storage expansion as per requirement and recommendations by Customer
Identify root cause of the issues and provide permanent fix.
Administer Azure
Backup files, folders, and virtual machines.
Troubleshoot Datastore inaccessibility issues
Implement, manage and secure Azure storage accounts, blob storage, and Azure files with File Sync.
Technical availability for Interview Panel.
Ensuring appropriate RMS allocation to team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
