Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Administrator with hands-on experience in managing Microsoft Azure resources through both GUI and PowerShell. The ideal candidate will be proficient in resource provisioning, Office 365 administration, license management, and compliance. Strong troubleshooting skills across ADFS, AAD Connect, Exchange SMTP, and user access issues are required. The role also involves remote support, ticket resolution, PowerShell automation, and creating support documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Microsoft Azure portal resources via GUI and PowerShell.

- Provision and de-provision Azure resources, manage permissions and access.

- Administer resources and licenses as per organizational policies.

- Assign resources and licenses through GUI and PowerShell.

- Manage retention policies, retention tags, mail send/receive restrictions, export message trace reports, and analyze them.

- Troubleshoot server issues related to ADFS, ADFS Proxy, AAD Connect, Exchange SMTP, and SMTP Relay.

- Provide end-user support and service desk assistance, including work ticket queue management.

- Offer desktop and mobile device support, including remote troubleshooting.

- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Communicate with users for follow-ups and gather additional details as needed.

- Respond to escalations, high-priority requests, and issues.

- Write and execute PowerShell scripts to automate issue remediation.

- Ensure Office 365 security and compliance, and investigate audit logs as required.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Azure Cloud environments.

- Expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), including advanced troubleshooting of session hosts, user profiles (FSLogix), applications, and network connectivity.

- Experience in performance optimization, security configuration, and AVD component management.

- L2 incident resolution experience, including stakeholder communication and knowledge base contribution.

- Deep understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure, Windows OS, and PowerShell scripting.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with flexible hours and on-call availability.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide clear status updates.

- Strong organizational skills to meet defined deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Advanced troubleshooting of complex cloud and Office 365 environments.

- Prior experience in supporting enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
