Policy Bazaar is one of India's leading online insurance marketplaces, offering a wide range of insurance products and services to customers across the country. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Field Sales Officers.

**Job Summary**:
As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential customers. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, making outbound calls, and effectively communicating the benefits of our insurance offerings. **While most of your interactions will be over the phone, you may also be required to visit customers occasionally based on their preference.**

**Position**: Field Sales Officer
**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana, India
**Report to: Team** Leader
**Shift Type**: Day shift only.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls to eplain the features and benefits of our insurance products.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and meet or eceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about insurance policies.
- Update customer details and interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maimize upselling opportunities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Ecellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in a field sales role, including occasional customer visits.
- Your Profile will be Preferred if u have a bike and possess a valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and earn incentives.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Salary Range**: INR 3.00 LPA (20,000 In hand) to INR 4.5 LPA (34,000 In hand) based on eperience and performance. Unlimited incentives based on meeting or eceeding sales targets.

**Reimbursement of INR 200 per customer visit.**
