Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting K-Force Security's services, with a particular focus on, informativeness, product / service knowledge, new security guard contracts and our innovative AI monitoring solutions. You will play a key role in generating leads, creating engaging content, engaging in person-to-person sales tactics, and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Social Media Marketing: Manage K-Force Security's social media presence across various platforms. This includes creating and scheduling engaging content, interacting with followers, monitoring social media trends, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitor activities, and track industry trends. Use data to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists. Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and build strong customer relationships.
- Event Planning & Support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, such as industry conferences, webinars, and customer appreciation events.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including preparing sales presentations, developing proposals, and responding to client inquiries.
*Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, reporting on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content. Multilingual skills is a bonus.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creativity and ability to generate fresh and innovative marketing ideas.
- Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and generate reports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required for attending client meetings and events.
- Passion for security technologies and a desire to learn about the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the security industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of CRM systems e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot.
