Wifi c. Greenfield Network projects covering WAN, LAN, Wifi, Firewall Should have strong domain knowledge and practical experience in: ? Demands Management - End to end management of all Network infra projects for cement business from Requirement Gathering, Survey, Bill of material finalization, Coordinating for PO release, Delivery tracking, Implementation(in cordination with technical teams), Downtime planning, Vendor management and business stakeholders mgmt. - End to end management of some ongoing or new projects related to Network such as SD WAN, Wifi etc.

? Internet Service Providers ¦ Responsible for New/Upgrade/Degrade/Termination of Network Links. ¦ Weekly review with ISP for progress of deliverables ¦ Publishing periodic reports to stakeholders. ¦ Get feasibilities of new links & upgrades, arrange for approvals & get PO’s released (also get ISP’s Orders signed from Business entities ) ¦ Track with ISP’s PMs timely delivery of new link & upgrades.

¦ Ensure site readiness with BusinessLocal contacts and stakeholders ¦ Monthly review with ISPs on Link’s performance & tracking of Service Improvement Plans ¦ In case primary ISP not feasible, work with other ISPs for feasibility and ensure timely link delivery ¦ Work closely with the Invoice processing team for updates on master data of WAN links. ¦ Take approval for invoices from management for payment processing. ? Network Equipment Vendors ¦ For New sites / Shifting arrange for survey to setup LAN ¦ Validate the network diagram with BOQ ¦ Get Business teams to release PO for LAN equipment.

¦ Track with the vendor team for timely delivery of LAN equipment and installation of Active and Passive materials. ? Project Management ¦ Create Demand in ServiceNow Tool ¦ Prepare and Submit Business Case ¦ Once approved, identify the vendors. ¦ Get POCs done ¦ Present to Senior Management for approval ¦ Convert the Demand to Project in ServiceNow Tool ¦ Assist Procurement team to finalize vendor ¦ Arrange for PR/PO from Business
