We are currently seeking a Java with Kafka to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

**1. Summary of Role**:
**2. What You Will Do**:
**Application Development & Engineering**:

- Work with **Kafka Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions**, ensuring efficient **message modelling using Avro schemas**.
- Implement **best practices for security, distributed tracing, debugging, and performance tuning** in Kafka clusters.

**Collaboration & Continuous Improvement**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to **deliver business value** through modern **software engineering practices**.
- Influence the **evolution of engineering capabilities** through the **adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices**.
- Engage with **nearshore and offshore IT partners** to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Contribute to the **continuous enhancement of the engineering function** and **adopt DevOps best practices**.

**Agile & DevOps Integration**:

- Utilize **CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, and Git** to ensure smooth software delivery.
- Monitor system performance using **Prometheus and Grafana**, implementing proactive **observability and alerting mechanisms**.
- Work within **Agile methodologies**, participating in **sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups**.

**3. Required Skillset**:
**Core Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in **Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud Stream** for building microservices.
- Strong understanding of **event-driven architectures, event streaming, and distributed systems**.
- Deep knowledge of **Kafka, Kafka Streams**, and related **stream processing concepts**.

**Tools & Technologies**:

- ** CI/CD Tooling**: Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Git.
- ** Monitoring & Observability**: Prometheus, Grafana.

**Soft Skills & Collaboration**:

- Strong **communication skills**, with the ability to **explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences**.
- Proven experience working in **Agile environments** and following **best practices for software development**.
- Ability to **work independently** while also contributing as a **strong team player**.
