**Responsibilities**
- Utilize UiPath to automate repetitive tasks improving operational efficiency and reducing manual errors.
- Execute claims adjudication processes with precision ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Analyze provider and payer data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement best practices in claims processing to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support in the development and testing of new automation solutions contributing to innovation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards ensuring compliance.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members fostering a collaborative environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share insights promoting transparency.
