**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute claims adjudication processes efficiently and accurately to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Utilize UiPath for automating repetitive tasks and improving process efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks performed.
- Monitor and manage claims workflows to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Provide support and assistance to team members in resolving complex claims issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed and actions taken.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of performance metrics and reports for management review.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance process efficiency.
- Possess strong technical skills in UiPath for automation tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Have experience in claims adjudication processes within the healthcare domain.
- Show understanding of provider and payer operations and workflows.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Display strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with night shifts.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
