**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and product packaging
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visual concepts
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends and tools

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.)
- Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW or other design tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
- Experience designing for both digital and print media
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (like Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus
- Ability to take feedback and revise designs accordingly
- Good communication and time-management skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on design experience in a creative or marketing agency, startup, or in-house design team
