**Position: Purchase & Dispatch Executive**

**Department**: Dispatch & Purchase
**Reports to**: Director

**About E3 Hardware**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Management**: Oversee and coordinate the dispatch of products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring on-time delivery.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Verify and process orders for dispatch, ensuring all necessary items are included and properly packaged for delivery.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Communicate with delivery teams, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels and work with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for dispatch.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all dispatch transactions, including delivery notes, shipping labels, and customer communications.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any delivery-related issues, such as delays, product discrepancies, or damage during transport.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the management team regarding dispatch activities, delivery status, and any potential issues.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all dispatch operations follow company safety standards and legal regulations for transportation and delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role, preferably in the hardware or retail industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with dispatch software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
