Job Title: Administrative & Logistics Coordinator

Department: Operations / Logistics

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Next to DN Nagar metro station)

Key Responsibilities:
**Print Orders and maintain proper record** Create and manage sales invoices, purchase & expense entries, and inventory records using company software.

**Generate shipping labels for outgoing shipments.** Coordinate with logistics companies and recipients to facilitate timely delivery of shipments.

**Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.** Communicate effectively with logistics providers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any delivery issues.

**Assist in maintaining smooth operational workflows related to inventory and shipping processes.**

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Strong organizational skills and maintaining files** Good & Storing verbal communication skills

**Ability to coordinate and follow up with multiple parties efficiently** Prior experience in logistics, inventory management, or administrative roles is preferred

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory. Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in logistics, administration, or related field is a plus.

**Additional Requirements**:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation is advantageous.

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Work Location: In person
