A Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for creating dynamic and engaging visual designs for various media platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles, animation techniques, and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, producers, and other creative professionals to conceptualize and execute motion graphics projects
- Design and animate 2D and 3D graphics, typography, and visual effects for use in digital and traditional media
- Develop and maintain motion graphics templates and styles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphics design trends and techniques
- Ensure that all designs meet technical requirements, brand standards, and client specifications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently to meet deadlines
- Participate in project reviews, presentations, and client feedback sessions

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of work experience
- Prior experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics work
- Familiarity with web and mobile interaction design, design patterns, etc.
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere, Blender, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Good time-management skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design or Motion Graphics preferred

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
