**Key responsibilities-**
- **Strategy and planning**:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans & campaigns.
- **Campaign management**:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of offline campaigns, from initial concept to execution.
- **Vendor and agency coordination**:
Build a network of local vendors and manage relationships with creative agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and budgets.
- **Collateral and material production**:
Manage the design, development, and distribution of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and other collaterals.
- **On-ground execution**:
Coordinate and manage on-ground activities, events, and promotions to ensure successful implementation.
- **Performance monitoring**:
Track campaign performance using clear metrics, analyze results, and provide reports to optimize future strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- **Budget management**:
Manage the offline marketing budget, including tracking expenses, processing purchase orders, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- **Market analysis**:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- **Collaboration**:
Work with internal teams, such as sales and creative, as well as external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.

**Required skills and qualifications-**
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in offline marketing.
- Ability to manage projects and budgets effectively.
- Creative and analytical thinking to contribute ideas and analyze data.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Familiarity with digital marketing is often beneficial, as many roles combine online and offline efforts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
