**Job description**

**Job Title**: E-commerce Packing Executive (Retail Orders)

**Job Location**: Surat, Delhi Gate

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive picking lists or orders from the e-commerce platform.
- Retrieve products from designated storage areas based on order requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against the order details to ensure completeness.
- Pack items securely and neatly according to packaging guidelines and standards.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information, order details, and any necessary labels or documentation.
- Inspect packaged orders for quality control purposes, ensuring that all items are in good condition and free from defects.
- Use packaging materials efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping personnel to prioritize orders for timely dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or inventory shortages to the supervisor or relevant department.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations, particularly in an e-commerce or retail environment, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand picking lists, order details, and packaging instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and packing items.
- Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying quantities.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages of various weights.
- Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with packaging materials and equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and follow standard operating procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
