Job Title: Packing Boy

Location: Delhi Gate, Surat, Gujarat

**Salary**: INR 10,000 - 12,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Packing: Efficiently and accurately pack têxtile products for shipment according to company standards and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all packed items meet quality standards and are free from defects or damages before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Order Fulfillment: Collaborate with the fulfillment team to prioritize and fulfill customer orders within the specified time frame.
- Packaging Supplies: Monitor and replenish packaging materials such as boxes, tape, and wrapping materials to ensure uninterrupted packing operations.
- Cleaning and Organizing: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and free from obstructions to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while performing job duties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to streamline packing processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on packing progress, inventory levels, and any issues encountered during packing operations to the supervisor.
- Customer Service: Assist in addressing customer inquiries or concerns related to packing and shipping processes in a professional and courteous manner.

**Requirements**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations preferred, but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing and quality control.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Time Management: Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed to meet business demands.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Delhi Gate, Surat, Gujarat.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
