**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tele-Counseling**:

- Guide students on selecting suitable programs and universities based on their profiles and aspirations.
- **Cold Calling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from lead databases.
- Explain the benefits of studying abroad and promote agency services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- **Lead Conversion**:

- Schedule one-on-one counseling sessions for students with our expert counselors.
- Ensure high-quality engagement and convert inquiries into appointments or enrollments.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Maintain regular follow-ups with students to keep them engaged in the process.
- Address any doubts or queries raised during calls, ensuring clear communication and guidance.
- **Data Management**:

- Update CRM or lead management software with accurate and timely information.
- Prepare reports on call performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes and service delivery.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele-counseling or cold calling, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling rejection professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Passion for helping students and understanding their aspirations.
