- Housekeeping Associate_

You will be acting as the backbone of the accommodation sector. Your main goal will be to keep rooms clean, sanitary and welcoming, to provide a memorable experience by virtue of an impeccably clean environment and prompt response to any and all requests made of the housekeeping department and but also to put the hotel's best face forward at all times.
- What you will be doing_
- Working with the front desk to arrange special requests or welcome amenities.
- Responding to guest requests.
- Resolving guest service issues related to housekeeping.
- Leveraging technology to communicate with other departments and track task completion.
- Managing department expenses, like supply costs.
- Cleaning guestrooms mid-stay and after departure.
- Making beds.
- Replacing dirty linens and towels.
- Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses, and notepads.
- Removing garbage, recycling, and room service trays.
- Upholding the hotel’s confidentiality and security standards.
- Respecting “do not disturb” signs and the guest’s privacy.

**Qualification**
- Qualities and skills required_
- Certificate in Hospitality operations or Similar desirable
- Be able to work both in a group and independently.
- Experience in a fast paced hospitality environment.
- Great grooming and personality for customer service skills.
- Willingness to be a part of an enthusiastic and motivated team.
- Willingness to jump into any task featured cleaning and customer service.
- Must have a great work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Should be of friendly nature to make the customer feel comfortable
- Must have attention to details to make sure that there are no nooks left behind.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
