**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Understanding market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborating with marketing and product development teams.
- Forging strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales.
- Focus on research and analysis to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
- Capability to handle PAN India and international sales.
- Familiar and capable of handling sales pressure and targets.
- Comfortable in doing B2B sales.
- Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

**Sales Market Segment**:

- Schools, universities, conference centers, stadium, cinema hall, auditorium and other venues.
- Furniture Manufacturers.
- Furniture Traders/Shopkeepers.
- GEM/Tenders Traders.
- Movie Theater/Auditorium/Stadium - Consultant/Architect/Contractor.
- Sound Proofing/Acoustic - Consultant/Architect/Contractor
- Those corporate companies who sell these chairs but don’t manufacture them.
- International Market.

- Good in reports.
- Being 'on time' or 'punctual' (means being able to arrive, complete tasks and meet obligations at or by a designated time).
- Dedicated explorer.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Gadgets friendly.
- Must have experience of B2B Sales.
- Ability to understand and analyze market trends.
- Physically fit and active.
- Comfortable in travelling and meetings on regular basis.
- Must not be alcoholic.
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Account management experience.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of the seating industry or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
