We are looking for a **passionate and skilled video editor** to join our team focused on **story-driven, cinematic wedding films** (not traditional wedding edits). This is for someone who wants to take their editing craft to the next level and grow with a creative production house that values originality, emotion, and rhythm in every frame.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong sense of visual storytelling through clean, emotion-driven edits
- Ability to work with a variety of wedding footage and build a tight, classic montage
- Not interested in overused transitions or cliche styles—clean and timeless is key
- Must have **edited at least one wedding film independently**:

- Strong communication skills and a commitment to timelines
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a small creative team

**Requirements**:

- Submit **one strong portfolio link** or completed edit you’ve done fully yourself
- Applications without an edit sample will not be considered
- Must be serious about working, growing, and owning the edit process

**Salary**:
Based on experience and mutual understanding—negotiable for the right talent
