**Job Description: Sales Coordinator - Stainless Steel Industry**

**Role Overview**:
The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing sales data, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and coordination to support the sales team's objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Data Management**:

- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights.
- Disseminate sales information to relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Sales MIS Management**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales MIS (Management Information System).
- Regularly update and track sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- **Sales Presentation**:

- Create impactful and visually engaging sales presentations for internal and external meetings.
- **Sales Systems and Operations**:

- Oversee sales systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies and operational execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage buying and selling activities, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize margins and deliver value to clients.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Generate detailed reports and insights on account performance and market dynamics.

**Additional Capabilities**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with sales or CRM software systems.
- Strong understanding of data, processes, and workflows.
- Exceptional micro-management and multitasking skills for seamless coordination across deal management and related tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
