**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tandoor DCDP at TableTales. The Tandoor DCDP will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with preparing tandoor dishes, maintaining the tandoor oven, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.

**Qualifications**

Proficiency in tandoor cooking techniques and methods

Knowledge of Indian cuisine and spice combinations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Prior experience working in a similar role in a restaurant setting is a plus

Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts and weekend work
