**Responsibilities**:

- As a solutions Architect, you will participate in project implementation & lead Offshore efforts with a team of BA/QAs.
- Based on user requirements analysis you will lead efforts in managing the testing effort and design business solutions when applicable.
- Should perform Product Demonstrations (Leverage Product knowledge and domain knowledge), New Requirements/Solutions Requirements Detailing (Provide solutions using configurations, System’s extension), and Build specs for product features and interfaces.
- Should lead the team of 5-8 QA/BA in project implementations.
- Lead/participate in the workshops and perform requirements gathering and documentation.
- Assist customers with understanding the system.
- Formulate test plan, test scenarios and test cases
- Test Management and tracking test script lifecycle in Jira
- Lead daily/weekly calls with onshore and offshore team members and guide the team
- Work with key business units to identify, diagnose, and solve existing process and system issues
- Facilitate tactical planning and strategic development of process and procedures during project implementation.
- Identified, tracked, and resolved issues, acting as first point of contact for functional clarifications

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Work experience of 9-10 years.
- Experience in leading a 5-8 BA/QA team is a major plus.
- Prior experience of working/leading in an Agile development projects and continuous integration, is highly desired.
- Experience with business process modelling and process improvement is desired.
- Experience with other scripting language such as JavaScript. will qualify for consideration.
- Experience with enterprise software (SAP, Siebel, Oracle, etc.) implementations is preferred.
- Knowledge on Jira and Linux will be added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on technically complex projects project with aggressive deadlines.
