- Job Description

Undertake allocated tasks in the client hiring cycle to a high standard, whilst learning and acquiring knowledge and skills to become a competent recruiter

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Participate in learning and development activities
- Attend all training events and action assigned learning activity
- Escalate any concerns with progress and ability to retain knowledge
- Acquire a solid understanding of the recruitment cycle
- Complete assigned work to a good standard
- Ensure all work completed is to a high level of accuracy and within a reasonable timescale
- Build relationships within Cielo
- Understand the Cielo culture and recruiter role expectations
- Take actions to ensure a pass rate in the end of training assessment
- Qualifications

**Experience**:

- Experience preferred in a business environment or internship, holiday job, work experience

**Exposure**:

- Interpersonal skills, can relate easily to individuals
- Ambitious and possesses a learning mindset
- Passionate about delivering a high-level service, can be consultative
- Effective communicator, written and verbal. Can present information clearly and concisely. Speaks clearly and unambiguously
- Organizational Skills to multi-task successfully, is detail oriented
- Time management, can work under pressure
- Critical thinking / Problem solving - proactive, competent, able to find a solution, follow-through, think ahead and answer questions before they come up
- Resilient, can stay positive and overcome adversity. Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with change
- Understands teamworking and collaboration, shows positive intent on both

**Education**:

- High school qualification
- Preferably holding a college or university qualification
- Fluent English speaker
- If a language is required, must be intermediate at minimum
