The Operations Coordinator/ Data Entry will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transportation and logistics processes. This individual will be responsible for coordinating transportation schedules, maintaining stock levels, and managing dispatch documents.

Location : Kandivali / Bhiwandi

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Transportation Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate transportation schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Talk with carriers, suppliers, and customers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor transportation routes and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve transportation issues and address any delays or problems.
- **Stock Maintenance**:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate replenishment orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement inventory management systems and procedures to track stock movement and identify discrepancies.
- **Dispatch Documents**:

- Prepare and process dispatch documents, including shipping labels, invoices, and customs documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all dispatch documents.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of dispatch documents.
- **Data Entry and Analysis**:

- Enter transportation and stock data into Excel
- Analyze data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to transportation and stock.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or logistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.
