Requirement - **Female Dentist**

Health Within Reach Foundation, a renowned non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare access, is seeking an experienced Dentist to join our Mobile Polyclinic team. As a Dentist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care to underserved communities, contributing to our mission of bringing quality healthcare within reach of all individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the Mobile Polyclinic.
- Perform dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and dental cleanings.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on the Mobile Polyclinic team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records on EMR solution.
- Actively participate in community outreach programs and health education initiatives to promote oral health awareness.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dentist, preferably in a community or mobile healthcare setting.
- Proficient in performing a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and basic surgical interventions.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and treat various dental conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Empathy and compassion for underserved populations and a commitment to providing equitable healthcare access.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a mobile clinic setting, serving different locations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records.
