**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fresher Dentist to join our dental team. As a Fresher Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced senior dentists and gain valuable hands-on experience in providing basic dental treatments. This role offers an excellent learning opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior dentists in conducting dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance and supervision of senior dentists, including dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventive treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive dental care to patients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Must have completed the mandatory internship.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and treatments.
