Profile introduction

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Car Technician to join our team. The Car Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks, to keep vehicles in good working condition.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment, and provide accurate and efficient repairs.
- Repair and replace worn or damaged parts, including brakes, suspension systems, engines, and transmissions, following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
- Perform vehicle inspections and safety checks to identify any potential issues or safety concerns.
- Test-drive vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours, documenting all work performed on each vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair recommendations, provide cost estimates, and answer any questions or concerns.
- Stay informed about new vehicle models, technologies, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training from a technical school or automotive program is preferred.
- Minimum of [insert number] years of experience as an automotive technician, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment, including computerized diagnostic systems.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex automotive issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
