Job Role:

- Track follow up and process EDI enrollment agreements. This will be their primary focus.
- Complete enrollment admin task within the eMEDIX enrollment tool.
- Attend meetings and professional development training.
- Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from your respective department.
- Perform in-depth research and analysis as needed.
- Adhere to deadlines, assigned metrics and SLA's
- Understand and live our values.

Profile Qualification:

- Prior experience working in EDI or payer enrollment preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work in night shift.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel etc.).
- Familiarity with EDI standards and processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
