**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in **inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service**, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong **communication and persuasion skills**.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and close deals efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools**.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within the company.
