
Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Provide detailed information about tour packages, pricing, and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and close sales through effective communication.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain records of interactions and bookings using CRM software.
**Requirements**:
- **1-3 years** of experience in **inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service**, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong **communication and persuasion skills**.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and close deals efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools**.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within the company.
