**Qualification Required**: UG/PG in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Food Technology

**Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation of quality manuals incorporating quality policy, procedures, documents etc. to ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies**:

- **Handling pre-audit preparation and conducting quality audit.**:

- Develop module for Non-conformance and doing final **CAPA** reporting
- Verify closure of non-conformity with Certification Bodies
- Conduct management review meetings on the regular basis as defined in the Quality Manual.
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well being of staff and visitors
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks
- Handle **Customer Complaints,** initiates Quality Task Force to ensure Non-conformance findings & resolution within a week.
- **Conduct internal training as per ISO norms & as per training calendar.**:

- Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products
- Report to top management on the performance of the **QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.**:

- **Knowledge of QA, Shopfloor management, requirements of 9001 and 22000 Audits, FSSAI**:

- **Must have exposure of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000**:

- **To prepare, maintain QA documents and Handling 9001, 22000, Kosher, Halal Audits.**

**Salary**: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
