**Project description**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that align with our business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business teams to translate complex requirements into robust architectures. You will drive the adoption of best practices, mentor teams, and ensure that our technology ecosystem supports long-term growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:
Architectural Design: Develop and document end-to-end solution architectures for complex systems, considering scalability, performance, security, and reliability.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and development teams to understand requirements and provide architectural guidance.

Technology Leadership: Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with project and organizational goals.

Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across development teams.

Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with the proposed architecture.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Documentation: Create detailed architectural documentation, including system design diagrams, technical specifications, and guidelines.

**Skills**:
Must have

**Experience**:
10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

Proven experience as a solution architect or in a similar leadership role.

Hands-on experience with designing and implementing cloud-native architectures on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Node.js.

Strong knowledge of microservices, API design, and enterprise integration patterns.

Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
