Principle Duties & Responsibilities -:
Day-to-day accounting and documentation, filing documents on regular manner.

Visit to the Banks & coordination with bankers if any.

Keep track of expenses, make vouchers & scan all documents.

Stay in touch and connected with the Lagos team on a daily basis. (Via Video call & etc)

GST & TDS working & returns on monthly basis.

Prepare the Import & Export Documentation also coordination with CHA for Shipment.

Prepare the Outward & Inward documents.

Prepare the Bank report & Cash/fund flow on a daily basis.

Other Direct & Indirect Tax Compliances.

Prepare of Proforma Invoice & Purchase Order & other required documents.

Maintain Cash Voucher on a daily basis.

Assist to the Senior in other tasks.

Have a knowledge to draft a mail to understand the complete matter & replied to the

receiving mails with proper & correct data.

Coordinate with the technical and administrative team related to the works.

**Skills**:

- Written Communication Skills - Good in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Complete MS Word
- Tally or any other software related to the mentioned designation

Additional Information
- Office Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai
- Working Hours - Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and Second & Fourth

Saturday will be closed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
