**compulsory we want minimum 1 year experience in Inside sales freight forwarding**
- Makes sure that quotes are processed through the quoting process in a timely manner.
- Processes incoming orders to customer order specifications.
- Computes price, discount, sales representative's commission, and shipping charges as required.
- Interfaces with company branches and outside sales by providing customer-order quotes, ship dates and order status information.
- Uses product knowledge to inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
- prepares invoices and shipping documents such as export papers, commercial invoices.
- Specifies if special labelling is required for shipment and in some instances supplies to the shipping department.
- Checks shipping orders to ensure they are accurate with regards to quantity shipped; this is done by comparing shipping documents with computer generated reports.
- Receives and checks customer complaints.
- Confers with production, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
- Answers questions from customers or individuals on how a product operates or directs them to the person that can assist them.
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales coordinator in freight forwarding: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
