**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly creative and talented Interior Designer to join our team at Woodfolds Interior. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and practical design concepts for residential and commercial spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop design proposals, and oversee the execution of projects from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional needs, and budgetary constraints.
- Develop creative design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, including floor plans, material selections, color schemes, and furniture layouts.
- Provide expert advice on space planning, lighting, and other architectural elements.
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment that meet design specifications and budgetary considerations.
- Create and present 3D renderings, mood boards, and sample boards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project implementation.
- Oversee project progress, monitor construction activities, and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is being executed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.
- Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills to effectively present design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an asset.
- Membership in a professional interior design association is a plus.
