- Meeting sales targets: Depending on the nature of the role, telecallers may be expected to meet sales targets or other performance metrics related to the number of calls made, leads generated, or deals closed.
- Maintaining call records: Telecallers are typically responsible for maintaining accurate records of all calls made or received, including notes on customer interactions and any follow-up actions required.
- Following scripts and protocols: Telecallers may be required to follow specific scripts or protocols when making calls to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging.
- Providing product or service information: Telecallers may need to have a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company or organization, and be able to provide accurate and detailed information to customers or clients.
- Upselling or cross-selling: Telecallers may be required to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers or clients to increase revenue and profitability.
- Resolving issues: Telecallers may be responsible for resolving customer issues or complaints, or escalating them to a supervisor or manager as needed.
- Continuously improving: Telecallers should continuously seek to improve their skills and knowledge, and actively seek feedback from supervisors or colleagues to identify areas for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
