**Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer - Freshers (2024 Batch Only)**

**Job Overview -**

**Key Responsibilities -**

1. Testing and Validation
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on requirements.

2. Defect Identification
- Identify, record, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
- Work with the development team to reproduce defects and assist in troubleshooting.

3. Documentation
- Create and maintain documentation related to testing processes, test cases, and test results.
- Participate in test plan development and strategy discussions.

4. Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

5. Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA.

**Qualifications - B.Tech/BE(CS)/MCA/MSc(IT)**:

- **2024 Batch only**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with manual testing concepts and tools.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- Exposure to programming languages is advantageous.
- Understanding of databases and SQL for backend testing.
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
