As Sales Representative - Projects you will have responsibility for: acquiring, establishing, and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers for all product brands, within a defined territory. You will manage the territory to grow sales, exceed customer satisfaction and improve corporate profitability and return on investment. Reporting to the Industrial Vales-Sales Manager, you will implement revenue generating sales strategies to increase sales volume to exceed annual forecasted sales budgets. Contributes to the development of sales initiatives to expand existing customer base and market share by establishing short and long-term sales strategies. Principal Activities - Understand products and develop product/market strategies to fuel growth in the Indian market - Create and Maintain a Sales Plan, Identify Prospects and create entry Strategies, Utilize business and Financial Knowledge to create value propositions. - Focus on leveraging existing relationships, generate new clients, capture market share, secure new, significant large Scale clients - Maintain and grow strategic sales in existing and new markets across all the product brands - Analyses business opportunities facilitate requests for project quotations and ensures that processes are is correctly executed, according to customer request - Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer's satisfaction and sales potential - Acts as Customers’ advocate within the organization and is accountable for Customer Satisfaction - Develop network of industry contacts to assist in corporate growth maximizing business opportunities - Document sales and marketing activities along with tracking of opportunities within existing CRM software - Adheres to company policies and code of business ethics - Provides service as needed to Representatives, distributors and end users - Lead the SIOP Process by providing monthly demand and hep the operation team to realize the revenue as forecasted. - Facilitate collection efforts to minimize DSO - Travel >= 80% of the time **Qualifications**: - 3 or more years’ sales experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Power and Process markets. (Preferred Valve experience) - Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college in business or technical degree (mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.) - Has sound, understanding of theories and practices on a domestic basis - Able to resolve analytical issues in a variety of complex situations, without supervision **Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Day range: - Monday to Friday Shift: - Day shift - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Travel requirement: - Up to 50% travel Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai Central, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Business development: 3 years (preferred) - Lead generation: 3 years (preferred) - total work: 3 years (preferred) - Sales: 3 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred)
