This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Façade Designer seeking a position within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering that provides a significant opportunity for progression and career development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivery and execution of projects to a high level of quality within projects deadlines
- Developing system drawings and specifications with supervision
- Proven competence and technical expertise in façade design
- Preparation of RIBA stage reports during project design
- Developing BMU strategies during the project design
- Guiding junior team members within the project team
- Assisting in preparing proposals and quotations for new opportunities
- Seek opportunities for repeat work and extension of work scope on projects

**Essential Skills**:

- BSc or MSc in Architecture or similar.
- A minimum of 2 years of façade design and engineering experience
- Proven depth of knowledge in façade design
- Be able to work successfully in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Be able to independently represent AESG
- Understand AESGs liabilities and interests of various stakeholders within the project
- Be able to participate in the general business development and cultivate new and existing client contacts
